Different from your usual style/output but in a pleasantly surprising way. I wouldn't mind seeing more stuff in this vain from you, though your output never disappoints me regardless as I've always liked your stuff a fair bit.

Really good stuff, I especially like how you even did the qipao and magical amber variants for Kohaku. I would have personally liked to see what the characters would look like with the original neco arc proportions as opposed to the ones you have here, but I imagine with longer bodies it's probably easier to detail the outfits so what you have here still works pretty good.

I think you have a cute art style and I like the general idea of the character, but I'm personally not feeling the sort of all over the place color scheme on the character, like with the heterochromia on the irises, the clothing being differently colored on different halves of the character, etc.

I suppose you could call it a matter of taste, but personally I believe even with a more simple color scheme and a more uniformly designed outfit, the character could be conveyed well enough. For example, you already have one of the straps of the overalls down, I think that alone is sufficient to convey the character as "messy" in terms of her dress, or unstable or perhaps childlike in terms of her mental state, or what have you. As it is, it just feels like there's a bit too much going on in a way that doesn't really add a whole lot to it.

All that said though, I do dig that you gave a backstory for the character and you seem to have put a lot of thought into it. Keep it up and I'm sure you'll do something nice with both this character and your future characters.

thank you very much! yeah she dresses like that on purpose as she doesn’t really have the social/human skills to realize that she looks even more off-putting to others than she would be if she just disclaimed she was an alien loll. I have more of her lore written on ToyHouse but essentially she makes one friend and she decides to take her under her wing and invite her to live with her at an alternative housing for post secondary students, where they all wear similar uniforms or at least business casual clothing, where she looks a lot more civilized aside clothing wise. thank you so much for your review ! ^^ I’m
